Brookfield Properties, the current owner of the tower, has decided to replace the marble cladding. Starting from the top and working down, each one of the marble slabs on the faces of the building will be replaced with textured spandrel glass – essentially opaque panes of glass that will feature a triangular pattern to create visual depth.

New website are all the range to help marketing development properties.  As far as new sites go, this one is pretty good.  Even going as far as registering a Twitter account.  If you’re going to follow them, don’t forget to follow me too!

Funny how a lot of the pictures and ideas resemble a site I designed for Allen Park.  Also funny that they used the same design firm for the building (& Co).  Still, a great project and great website.  Hope more landlord’s out there take this kind of initiative.
