The CSI Vision
Our vision for the Centre for Social Innovation Annex is a dynamic space that’s bursting at the seams with creative and entrepreneurial energy. The first floor will be a community gathering place, with event spaces and plenty of unstructured social space to chill-out and connect. The second floor will be a vibrant mix of desks and hot desks, hosting an incredible diversity of members in a beautiful and open collaborative environment. Floors three through five will be a mix of offices, desks, and themed incubation spaces focussed on improving our city and bringing new projects to life.
The new space is made up of five floors and totals 36,000 square feet. The building is two blocks from the subway line, has plentiful light and exposed brick/beams, and is in close proximity to an array of restaurants and services. A variety of permanent and part-time workspaces are available!

Just picked up this listing and they are rare. Short term sublease built out 2 years ago with two offices, meeting room, small reception and open area for about 6 people. Perfect for a little start-up or someone that wants a short term lease. I’ve put together the video and added some pics below.

I have help many companies find shared space or find a tenant for a few extra offices / desks they have in their own premises. The market is active for short term (12 to 24 month) tenants who want to maintain flexibility on their rents and lease term. If you’re interested in this type of rental, feel free to contact us here!
One of my clients is worried a deal we have to share some office space in the Downtown West may fall through, which is sometimes the case when dealing with sublandlord’s that don’t understand office leasing. Does anyone have shared space available for lease? I plan on promoting this post heavily on LinkedIn, Kijiji and CriagsList.
