This space will host periodic events geared towards networking and community building for members of iQ, which will be a great opportunity for you to grow your organization organically and connect with other members of the community.

Some fantastic retail amenities will soon be locating on the ground level of our building at 140 Yonge Street. These include a gourmet coffee concept out of New York (we’re told the name will be announced in the next month and it is expected to open in December) as well as an Italian bistro serving fresh sandwiches and other quick service fare. The remaining space on the west end of the ground floor as well as a brand new fifth floor of the building will be home to a high end wine bar and fine dining restaurant. Members of the iQ community will have direct, private elevator access to this new floor of the building when it launches next spring.
