Opinion – Is this email to aggressive?

Sometimes I can be a little too bold with my emails… wondering if this is too aggressive?  I have had a company call me looking for 1000 sf but they are on a budget I don’t believe I can meet, not to mention it’s a very difficult requirement (call centers aren’t favored by landlords as good tenants).  Thoughts?

EMAIL
Cheapest (decent) product is $20 – $25 psf gross around Toronto.  The easiest way to save on rent is by taking a smaller space as it’s based on square foot basis.

Please keep in mind a lot of the landlord’s won’t consider your use because you are an outbound call center.  They don’t like the traffic call centers typically create, not to mention the employees don’t seem care about being professional and abuse the building systems etc.  I’ve been doing this for 9 years and know what you’re looking for but find 90% of the time it doesn’t happen due to budget constraints.  I always go into these with apprehension being in a commission industry where I’m paid for my time by doing transactions.

A clear budget, location and timing will help whatever agent you move forward with.
