Toronto Construction Prices – Office Space

Commercial real estate construction prices have been fluctuating significantly from contractor to contractor lately.  Some contractors are really hard up for business, which means you can score a good deal, but may not always get the reliable service you are looking for.

Most companies have no idea how much construction costs or how complicated it can get as it relates to commercial renovations.  Here’s a summary from Michael:

You’ve got a range of about $26-$30/sf for a low end commercial renovation, between $45-$50/sf for a mid level renovation and $70+/sf for a high end renovation depending on the spaces use, quality of finishes, etc.
