LINK TO THE BEST BUSINESS CARD DESIGNS
The above are the business cards I liked from the long list found in the link.

This is the dual wallpaper program I use. I recommend you use it too.

LINK TO PROCRASTINATE (LIKE THAT WORD BUT HATE DOING IT)
And here’s a procrastinator killer
How it works
It’s called “(10+2)*5” and here’s why:
- 10 – Work for ten minutes with single-minded focus on moving toward completion on a single task. Ten minutes, and that’s all you’re allowed to do is work, work, work. No cheating, because (DING!) you actually get a break when you’re done…
- 2 – After ten minutes of sweaty, dedicated work you get a 2-minute break to do whatever you want—drink coffee, read 5ives, call your bookie, whatever. When the two minutes are up, it’s back to work on the next task on your list. This is important.
- *5 – You’re going to iterate this four more times for a total of one hour’s working/breaking

LINK CRAIGSLIST REAL ESTATE MAPPING
Previously mentioned MapsKrieg covers the same basic territory, but PadMapper goes one step further, offering advanced filtering based on price, bedrooms, bathrooms, pets, and—if you live in New York—subway commute. When you click on a pushpin, PadMapper displays the Craigslist post complete with photos.
Here’s the last link to download a free app that turns your blackberry into a flashlight!

TV and OLED Touchscreen Technology

Move over Microsoft Surface
The DIS.PLAY via Impress seems to project what could be the future of touchscreen technology. It makes displays flexible and much flatter than before, by crafting them in foam and force sensors. So, it’s perfectly possible for the displays to respond to your gesticulations and the pressure on the screen.

LINK EVOLUTION OF OLED
From here – http://i.gizmodo.com/5145118/extensible-oled-display-is-the-stuff-dreams-are-made-of
I know that having an extensible display won’t mean a thing for many people. If you can have a 30″ 16:9 display, why have it adjusted to only 20″ 4:3? Well, if you are as anal as I am, you will do it to watch Casablanca with no black letterbox side bands, for example. I can also imagine people adjusting the size for smaller workplaces, but maybe the most useful thing would be to sightly bend it to have an enveloping effect at its largest size. Having a built-in, low-cost mini-projector to display icons over the desk is a touch of genius. I hate having the dock icons jumping or any other graphic overlay on my work screen, but visual alerts are necessary and useful. Having a simple mini-projector built in the display—to show simple alerts over the desk or the background wall—would be absolutely perfect.

LINK FLEXIBLE TOUCHSCREEN DISPLAY
This proves it in my books. Flexible touchscreen displays are only a few years away after full integration of regular touchscreens… which is still probably a long time… what do you think?
ASU’s Flexibile Display Center and military partners have developed the very first display with a flexible touchscreen. Mainly designed for military applications, the screen is made out of glass strong enough to withstand the battlefield.

LINK NEW MANHATTAN OFFICE TOWER
By architect Eric Vergne, Dystopian Farm is a biomorphic skyscraper concept, taking design cues from the cell structure of a fern to create a stunning, multi-functional space.
The tower is designed to provide housing while simultaneously offering a place to grow and sell food. Through a combination of airoponics and managed lighting/CO2 levels, this giant polygonal web could become a leafy, green habitat. Is it bad of me to say I prefer the design before the influx of natural vegetation?
Steven Holl Architects’ winning design from the “4 Tower in 1″ competition calls for a quartet of towers to be built around the brand new Shenzhen Stock Exchange and its surrounding plaza.
The four buildings in the complex have a variety of features typical of environmentally friendly and sustainable structures of recent, and the kind we may see in the future.
Rooftop garden ponds to recycle rainwater, solar tracking screens around the buildings’ exterior and circular footprints for the towers, enabling wide-open social spaces to face the sun. And of course the position of the buildings, arranged in a horizontal linking pattern so they double as giant sun umbrellas for the Stock Exchange. The buildings will be linked by underground rail as well, so the only time you’ll have to venture outside is to partake in all the rooftop garden festivities.
