I recently heard someone say that neatness doesn’t mean organized. I couldn’t agree more. When I think of neatness, I think of clear counter tops and not a shred of paper anywhere to be seen. This same person said you can be organized without being neat, and even a little messy as long as the mess doesn’t get in the way. So true! Some of the most organized people I have known are not the neatest people I know. Why? Because they are different.

Well, I’ve been blogging for over two months now… and I’m running out of things to say when I post available office space like this. Someone tell me you’re out there and reading this? Hello? Post a comment for me!
These space a little more difficult to categorize as they are all over the map in terms of size and location… but there are lots of pretty pictures and I’ve seen many of these suites so let me know if you are interested in additional info!
Also, I have two other listings in the Downtown West. Ones at Spadina and Queen. It’s about 2000 sf of open concept brick and beam. Going for about $4000 a month.
There’s also this townhouse for lease… the big thing here is it’s got a private rooftop patio, a shower AND 4 parking stalls. Check out the video. It’ll be about $6750 per month.

These are space in some of the A and AAA class office building, like Scotia Plaza, in the financial core. They also tend to be larger office space.
The space below are medium size in good buildings but not the A class space you see above and will be mostly mid-size space.
Here are some of the cheaper spaces in the core, they also tend to be a little smaller.

Issuu.com isn’t perfect at putting together random PDF’s but it did an ok job with a recent presentation we received from Oxford Properties about their upcoming vacancies at the Royal Bank Plaza in Downtown Toronto. If you are looking for AAA class property, these guys are going to be one of the better deals on the strip. In this presentation they have tried to focus on dispelling the myth that their building isn’t as good from a planning perspective… and I think they did a great job.
